Return Policy & Warranty Information
DO NOT RETURN YOUR ORDER TO THE ADDRESS THAT MAY BE ON YOUR RECEIPT.
 
To return an item, You must first call or e-mail us with your request. Upon approval, we will provide you with an RGA # (Return Goods Authorization) and the address to return it to. Sorry, but we will not accept any returns without a valid RGA #.
 
All products sold by Poolandspa.com come complete with the manufacturer's warranties. You may return any unopened, unused or defective product to us within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by the original sales receipt. We cannot accept any used or opened product for a refund. Please see the manufacturers warranty information after the 30 days has expired. All returned items will carry a 25% restock fee. Stock Loop Loc Pool Covers will carry a flat 110.00 restock fee if returned. Once you obtain an RGA # from us, Note the RGA # on the outside of the box when you send it back. All Returns must be received by us within 14 days of the issue of the RGA #.  Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted without a valid RGA #. Poolandspa.com does not reimburse return shipping charges. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge. We credit all returns with valid RGA #’s within 14 days, less any shipping charges & applicable 25% restock fees. We encourage you to give us a call prior to ordering an item if you have questions about it.
 
Please Note: Poolandspa.com does not have a "buy-and-try" allowance policy. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine suitability of a product prior to placing the unit in service.
 
Sorry, Chemicals, Special order items, Custom Spa Covers, Custom Loop Loc Pool Covers, Spa control/equipment packs, Clearance items, Electrical Parts, Pool Heaters, Clothing, Aboveground Pools, Liners, Diving Boards and Unwrapped Filter Cartridges may not be returned.
 
 If you receive a defective item that is considered "non-returnable" you will need to return it to us at your expense within our 30 day return period. We will evaluate the issue and let you know our findings. All Electrical items will be bench tested by a technician to determine what is wrong. No new product will be sent out until the bench test is complete. This process takes approx. 5 days. If it is found that the product is in fact defective, we will replace the item at no charge to you and refund you your return shipping. If the item is found not to be defective, then we will return the item to you and charge you a 9.95 return shipping fee. After our 30 day return period, the manufacturers warranty will take effect and you will have to call them for all warranty work that needs to be done. We can assist you in this if needed.


For your safety, we recommend sending the item(s) back to us using UPS, US Mail or FED-EX so there is tracking information just in case your return gets lost.

Poolandspa.com is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

Do not send items to the address that may be on the box you received. This will significantly delay your credit.
