D.E FILTERS

DE filters provide a reliable, efficient, and economical way to keep your pool clean. Their patented filter design utilizes a layered media of Diatomaceous Earth (DE) powder and polyester cloth to create an extremely fine filtration system that traps particles down to 3 microns in size. Maintaining a DE filter requires regular backwashing and cleaning of the grids, made of chemical resistant materials. Most DE filters are equipped with easy-to-use multiport valves that allow users to quickly switch between functions which makes maintenance a breeze compared to cartridge filters.
