Vinyl Stickon Installation Instructions
Our installation kit must be used for all applications.
One installation kit will install 40 6x6 vinyl stickons or 22 8x8 vinyl stickons.
1. Prepare Surface
• Surface should be a dry, flat plane, and free of loose debris
• High spots should be ground off and voids filled in
2. Spray Adhesive
• Mask off the perimeter to reduce clean up
• Spray the application area with aerosol adhesive
• Allow spray to dry for 15 minutes (**important! Stickons will fail if not allowed to dry!)
• Spray adhesive will become slightly tacky
3. Install Marker
• Remove the paper backing from the stickon
• Apply the stickon to the sprayed area
• Firmly press and drag the plastic applicator over the entire surface to
eliminate air pockets
4. Edge Sealer
• Apply edge sealing compound to the entire perimeter of the stickon
• Important – Make sure edge sealer overlaps both the stickon and the deck
surface –this ensures a moisture proof seal
• Allow stickon to set overnight before permitting traffic
